Implementation of Good Practices followed by the Industry
We have developed a checklist comprising all the good practices being followed by the industry. Our Team will verify AS-IS condition and gap analysis will be done. Based on the short falls identified, individual improvement point will be treated as “Kaizen” and implementation and regular monitoring will follow.
Analysis of Data
Performance indicators will be set for individual process. The process owner will be trained & monitored to achieve the set target. The expected final outcome will be graphical presentation on achievement of targets by individual process owner.
Visual Management Tools
The culture of periodic management review will be inculcated through presentations of achievements by individual process owners. Also information boards will be displayed at the workplace and other respective areas to create awareness with regards to the facts and figures. This helps in better understanding by the members and drive towards improvement.
